- Reschedule your visit if you feel unwell.
On arrival to practice. You must disinfect your hands (disinfectant is available at the reception).
Changes. We implemented new cross infection control and cleaning rules to provide safe and effective treatment due this time.
You will notice new seating layout in waiting area. We allow no more than 4 patients in waiting area. “One at a time” customer will be served at reception. Door to the practice is closed at all time and ring bell system install to access premises.
Cross Infection. Within the practice, throughout the day all the door handles, tablets, card machine and reception desk are wiped down with alcohol wipes. We have plenty of hand soap and hand towels in all our rooms and toilets. There is hand sanitizer on the reception desk and we ask each patient sanitize their hands.
All our treatment rooms are wiped down and sanitized between each patient as standard procedure. We have stopped all deliveries coming into the practice unless necessary in which case the delivery person sanitizes their hands.
As matters develop we will need to respond to changing advice, possibly on a daily basis. We will do our best to continue to provide care with a proportionate response. As part of this, we would ask any patient who has cold or flu like symptoms to cancel their appointment, follow government advice, and not attend until those symptoms are gone.
If you are over 70, or medically compromised, we are deferring all treatments and routine examination appointments. If, over the next period you are feeling anxious and isolated we are very happy for you to call us for a chat and to keep in touch with you regularly by phone.
We ask every patient to book they appointment over the phone. We will ask you some questions in regard what problem you have? This will allow us to prepare all necessary materials and set up treatment strategy. We also ned to know if any health problems you have to identify what is best treatment we can offer for you.
